Removed the following CDR File Information:
- Collecting program verification number
- Reporting program verification number
- Interface used to collect data
Deleted Window from top level menu.
Changed open file error message to remove error numbers.
Last six digits of VIN are now shown as * in ETR, if saved without
sequence number.
Changed default zoom to 100 percent for reports.
Changed data collection menu names to support rollover downloads.
